This short but sweet trail has the best view of Independence Monument on the Canyon Rim. The trail follows a narrow ridge jutting out into the canyon, the views up and down the canyon are fantastic. Because of the short distance and exciting views, this would be a great hike for kids, but adults will enjoy it as well.
What can I say, but THANK YOU!!! for all the miles you've traveled and for the beautiful images of Colorado. I've been here nearly 50 years and you've shown me places that I never knew about. In my late 60s you've given me more pleasure than you know by sharing your journey in these magnificent photos.
ReplyDeleteThank you for that message, that means a lot to me. I'll keep it up as long as you keep hiking!
